You can create access to the patient portal<\/strong> for yourself and any dependent children. Once a child <\/strong>‘s access has been created, it can be linked to your personal access by a member of our clinic team at your next appointment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  2. In the “New to the patient portal?”<\/strong> tab ,<\/strong> select “Create an account”<\/strong>.\"\"<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Fill in the required fields with your personal information<\/strong>.\"\"<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. An email will be sent to you with a link to activate your account. * Please <\/strong>wait a few minutes for the email to be sent, and be sure to check your spam folder if the email has been flagged incorrectly.<\/em>\"\"<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
