If you have not already done so, we invite you to create an access to the new patient portal<\/strong> for yourself and any dependent children<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once a child’s access has been created, it can be linked to your personal access by a member of our clinic team at your next appointment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Book an appointment in just a few steps!<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  1. Go to our website: <\/strong> www.cliniqueleblancsavaria.ca and<\/a> select “<\/strong> Online appointment booking”.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Once on the portal, log in: <\/strong>enter your e-mail address and password. \"\"<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. In the left-hand menu: <\/strong>Click on the “Appointments” tab.\"\"<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Select:<\/strong> “Book an appointment”.\"\"<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Then choose the medical specialty that corresponds to your type of consultation.<\/strong>
    * The specialties offered are specific to each clinic and may differ.<\/em>\"\"<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Choose the place that suits you best.
    <\/strong>*The clinic’s address is indicated to help you choose the most suitable site.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Select the speaker you wish to meet.<\/strong>\n
      \n
    1. Click on All providers if you have no preference as to which doctor will perform your consultation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Click on a healthcare professional’s name if you wish to see only that clinician’s availability.\"\"<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Click on the type of appointment you wish to book.
      *<\/strong> Appointment types are specific to each clinic and may differ.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Add details to make it easier to book appointments.
      <\/strong>Choose one of the following 2 options to configure the availability calendar.
      1. Check “As soon as possible” to see future availability.<\/li>
      2. Check “From” to view availability from the chosen date and enter the date, or use the drop-down menu to choose a date using the calendar.
        Enter a short description of the reason for the consultation.<\/li><\/ol>Enter a brief description of the reason for the consultation.
        Click on Continue.

      3. Now select the time slot that suits you best.
        <\/strong>Click on the calendar arrow to access future schedules.
        Choose an appointment by clicking on the desired time slot.
        *You are redirected to the appointment details page.
        **Check that the appointment details suit you.\"\"<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. Click on “Confirm appointment” to reserve this time slot or on “Back” to access the schedule again and make another choice.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      5. Click on “Done” when you have made your choice.
        <\/strong>You will be redirected to the appointments tab. You can consult all your appointments<\/strong>and modify your future appointments if necessary.
        An appointment can only be confirmed 72 hours before its date. \"\"<\/li>\n\n\n\n
