What they do for you :

• Transmit medical results with accuracy and empathy, following direct clinical instructions from your partner physician
• Have the clinical ability to interpret and communicate certain normal results (PAP test, mammography, FOBT)
• Possess advanced clinical reasoning skills, enabling them to provide personalized advice tailored to your state of health
• Can make certain clinical decisions to adjust management proactively
• Manage medication refills and refills, so you don’t go without treatment between two appointments
• Maintain close, daily and fluid communication with their regular physician
• Get to know regular patients, their history and their realities, enabling rapid, personalized follow-up.

Floor nurses

Clinical nursing care: exclusive to LeBlanc + Savaria

Our floor nurses are essential to the smooth running of the clinic. Although they are not always the first to see all patients, they provide a multitude of front-line clinical interventions.

They provide:

• Health check-ups (blood tests, ECG, BP, weight, etc.)
• Administration of vaccines and treatments
• Medical instrument preparation and sterilization
• Supporting doctors during interventions
• Health education and telephone support
• Rigorous clinical documentation to ensure continuity of care
