Rendez-Vous Online – how to book an appointment

If you have not already done so, we invite you to create an access to the new patient portal for yourself and any dependent children.

Once a child’s access has been created, it can be linked to your personal access by a member of our clinic team at your next appointment.

Book an appointment in just a few steps!

1. Go to our website: www.cliniqueleblancsavaria.ca and select “ Online appointment booking”.
2. Once on the portal, log in: enter your e-mail address and password.
3. In the left-hand menu: Click on the “Appointments” tab.
4. Select: “Book an appointment”.
5. Then choose the medical specialty that corresponds to your type of consultation.
   * The specialties offered are specific to each clinic and may differ.
6. Choose the place that suits you best.
   *The clinic’s address is indicated to help you choose the most suitable site.
7. Select the speaker you wish to meet.
   1. Click on All providers if you have no preference as to which doctor will perform your consultation.
   2. Click on a healthcare professional’s name if you wish to see only that clinician’s availability.
8. Click on the type of appointment you wish to book.
   * Appointment types are specific to each clinic and may differ.
9. Add details to make it easier to book appointments.
   Choose one of the following 2 options to configure the availability calendar.
   1. Check “As soon as possible” to see future availability.
   2. Check “From” to view availability from the chosen date and enter the date, or use the drop-down menu to choose a date using the calendar.
      Enter a short description of the reason for the consultation.
   Enter a brief description of the reason for the consultation.
   Click on Continue.
   
10. Now select the time slot that suits you best.
    Click on the calendar arrow to access future schedules.
    Choose an appointment by clicking on the desired time slot.
    *You are redirected to the appointment details page.
    **Check that the appointment details suit you.
11. Click on “Confirm appointment” to reserve this time slot or on “Back” to access the schedule again and make another choice.
12. Click on “Done” when you have made your choice.
    You will be redirected to the appointments tab. You can consult all your appointmentsand modify your future appointments if necessary.
    An appointment can only be confirmed 72 hours before its date.
