4 easy resolutions
1. Nutrition: feeding your body intelligently
Boost your energy and metabolism: add 5 portions of fruit and vegetables a day, quality proteins and limit ultra-processed foods. Simple, practical, effective!
2. Exercise: moving to feel good
Even 30 minutes of walking, cycling or yoga every day makes a huge difference to your mood and sleep. Bonus: try 10,000 daily steps – your body will thank you.
3. Stress reduction: taking care of the mind
5 to 10 minutes a day is enough: meditation, deep breathing, a walk in nature or a quiet moment with a good book. The key: regularity and self-awareness.
4. Health check: prevention is better than cure
An annual follow-up detects problems before they become serious. Our professionals adapt the check-up to your age and lifestyle.

Message from Dr. LeBlanc
Taking care of yourself is never a luxury. Even small daily gestures, combined with preventive medical care, can transform your health and energy. A rule of thumb: devote around 20% of your day to your well-being, whether that means exercise, reading, preparing meals or spending time with your family. Start the year with simple but effective habits.
